I am a Karma Sanyasi, initiated by my Spiritual guru, Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, Nivritta Paramacharya Bihar School of Yoga. I have 13 years of experience teaching Yoga Vidya to people of different age groups, and I counsel, motivate, and drive participants to lead better lifestyles and promote wellness. I have been conducting several camps and workshops to promote yoga as a remedy for different health issues in the modern world. I am on a path towards effectively balancing yoga's spiritual and physical aspects, and that journey is getting richer each month.

My journey from yoga practitioner to yoga teacher has been through curing my breathing complications and haemoptysis. Yoga helped me address these challenges. Later, when I sustained a brain injury, the guidance of my Guru about Pratyahara practices helped me defy doctors’ diagnoses and reverse neurological degeneration. I was then inspired to aid individuals facing similar circumstances and to help them lead optimal lives using the knowledge I had received from my master. With each complex case I took up, I could heal myself further. Over the last few years, I have been working with clients requiring geriatric and palliative care.

I studied yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, and grew up in the Satyanand Yoga Ashram, Rikhia, where I was a Batuk since I was 10. My training included yoga, mantra chants, English language, computers, and event management. I am an engineering graduate from MITM University, Gwalior, and I have been teaching yoga since my early days in the village. I moved to Delhi in 2016 to teach one-to-one classes to yoga aspirants. My experience and training at the Bihar School of Yoga have given me an in-depth understanding of yoga's physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.

I have been imparting the knowledge of Yoga Vidya, as taught by the prestigious Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, since 2006. My association with the school is long-standing. My interests include playing musical instruments and travelling. My ultimate aim is to promote good health and peaceful living for everyone.

Growing up in the sacred city of Munger, where Ganga’s serene 270-degree turn seems to embrace the land, Yoga became a natural part of my life. My journey began in 1993 with the World Yoga Convention, guided by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati of the Bihar School of Yoga. By 1999, I was helping to coordinate special certificate programs in the Satyananda Yoga tradition. In 2001, I was fortunate to help in founding the Yuva Yoga Mitra Mandal under the direction of Swamiji. Through this community, we have brought the transformative power of Yoga to countless individuals across India, from students and teachers to those in prisons and corporate offices. In 2004, I moved to New Delhi, passionate about sharing Yoga's benefits. I have worked with a diverse and wonderful group of people, including officials from various embassies, UN organisations, and prominent companies. I’ve also been honoured to train notable figures such as the Chief Justice of India and ambassadors to India. In 2023, representing the Bihar School of Yoga at the G-20 summit was a profound experience, allowing me to introduce Yogic practices to global delegates. Each interaction has been a humbling reminder of Yoga’s universal ability to heal, connect, and inspire.

I have been interested in spirituality since my childhood. However, only when I experienced the culture of the Bihar School of Yoga I found a meaningful path towards pursuing my spiritual journey. I became a yoga teacher in 2003 after completing the Teachers' Training Course from BSY. In the last 21 years, I have worked with luxury hospitality and paramilitary organisations on an institutional level and with individuals to help them change their lifestyles. I have also worked extensively with women suffering from PCOD, anxiety, depression, and infertility to manage their imbalances and help them get back on track.

I trained at the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, Bihar, and I am passionate about learning, practising, and teaching yoga that goes beyond just asanas. Following the Satyananda Yoga Tradition, I aim to present yoga in its purest form through simple and scientific methods based on research. I believe that yoga should be a lifestyle, not just a one-hour session on the mat. With this belief, I am on a journey to empower children, youth, and adults to become healthy, strong, compassionate, and confident beings.

I have undergone training at the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, Bihar, and possess a deep passion for the comprehensive study, application, and instruction of yoga that transcends mere physical postures. Aligned with the Satyananda Yoga Tradition, I aim to propagate yoga in its unadulterated form, employing uncomplicated and scientific approaches grounded in thorough research. I firmly advocate for yoga as a way of life rather than a brief, mat-bound session. Guided by this principle, I am committed to empowering individuals across age groups to foster robust physical health, inner strength, empathy, and self-assurance.

I began my yoga journey in 2011 when I first joined Ashram, as a member of Bal Yoga Mitra Mandal (BYMM). Following Swamiji's three goals of Samskara (positive qualities), Swavalamban (self-reliance), and Rashtra Sanskriti Prem (love for our culture), I have worked on my holistic development under his guidance. Swamiji inspired us to excel in various fields such as Yoga, Dance, Karate, Chanting, Serving, Havan/Pooja, Anchoring, Poetry, and Administration and management of BYMM. I have gained five years of experience with BYMM in the field of yoga. I have conducted numerous yoga classes in different areas of Munger District, Bihar, and Delhi, including special one-on-one sessions for people with specific needs. These experiences have helped me enhance my skills as a yoga instructor. Additionally, I have organized several community outreach programs, family and neighbour yoga programs, and yoga classes for children. For me, yoga is not just about physical or mental fitness; it also sharpens the intellect, softens emotions, and enhances work efficiency. It is essential for holistic development.

In 2011, I joined Bal Yoga Mitra Mandal (BYMM) and started my yoga journey under the guidance of Swamiji. The three goals of Samskara (cultivating positive qualities), Swavalamban (self-reliance), and Rashtra Sanskriti Prem (love for our culture) provided me with a clear direction to focus on my overall development. With Swamiji's guidance, I explored yoga, dance, karate, chanting, and service and participated in activities like havan and pooja, as well as in the administration and management of BYMM. Since 2015, I have worked as a yoga instructor and demonstrator, starting on the 1st International Yoga Day. Over the years, I have conducted numerous yoga classes in various locations in Munger District, including jails, schools with up to 1500 students, colleges, banks, and airports in Bihar and Delhi. In addition to this, I have organised several community outreach programs, family and neighbour yoga sessions, and yoga classes for children.

Upon completing my post-graduation, I began my career as a yoga instructor at the Satyananda Yoga Kendra in Kolkata. Later, I moved on to teach at the Bhilwara Ashram of BSY before returning to the Kolkata Center. Since 2008, I have been conducting independent yoga classes in Kolkata. Before the COVID-19 outbreak, I had the opportunity to collaborate with various institutions and organisations. Presently, I conduct yoga sessions for both groups and individuals.

I completed training at the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, Bihar. I am deeply passionate about expanding my knowledge and practice of yoga, with a focus beyond just the physical postures. Following the Satyananda Yoga Tradition, I aim to offer yoga in its purest form through scientifically backed, holistic approaches. I strongly advocate for incorporating yoga into our daily lives and am dedicated to empowering children, youth, and adults to become healthy, resilient, compassionate, and confident individuals.

Since 1998, I have conducted numerous yoga programs in various parts of India, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, catering to different sectors such as schools, colleges, universities, the army, corporate sectors, hospitals, and public sector institutions.

My journey in Yoga Vidya teaching spans nearly 30 years, a testament to my unwavering dedication to this discipline. I have been based in Delhi since 2006, but my path began with four years of fieldwork for the prestigious Bihar School. I then honed my skills as a yoga instructor in Indore for six years before moving on to Bhilwara for a year, gaining a diverse range of experiences and insights along the way. My commitment to yoga extends beyond personal practice. I have conducted numerous community outreach programs, including yoga camps and stress management courses, in the areas I have served. There is tremendous value in Yoga and in managing various diseases through Yoga, like type II diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma, and Digestive disorders. I am incredibly proud of conducting yoga camps in Jail for prisoners and camps for ladies and children, where we focus on disease management through yoga. I have also written several articles on yoga that have been published in newspapers.

My journey as a mental health professional has been a fascinating blend of challenges and rewards. It has not only helped me grow personally and professionally but also allowed me to bring clarity and empowerment to people's lives. I feel a deep sense of satisfaction when I see my clients leave with a renewed sense of hope and positivity.

I am a trained professional in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. I am highly passionate about the continuous evolution of mental health and learning newer forms of therapy to help improve the quality of life for people dealing with everyday issues, life crises, and mental illnesses. I have worked with adults suffering from depression and various anxiety and personality disorders and have conducted empowering workshops and group therapies. My approach to treatment is eclectic, where multiple techniques can be used to devise a single personalised treatment plan for each client. I have an eye for detail and keep an alert sense of empathy and compassion for the nuances each individual carries with them.

I am a senior homoeopathic consultant with more than 13 years of clinical experience. I completed my M.D.(Homoeopathy) from the prestigious National Institute of Homoeopathy Kolkata under the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. I have also authored several scientific papers and books on Homoeopathy.
